UPDATED POLICY: To practice social distancing and ensure our client's safety, we have enforced new policies at Clinic Wellness. Only one client is allowed in the clinic at a time. Please bring a mask to cover your face when you enter. We appreciate your understanding.
 
Deposit: A deposit is required at time of booking for all services. All deposits are non-refundable. A 24-hour notice is required in order to reschedule the initial appointment without loss of deposit.
 
Late Policy: In all fairness to our scheduled clients, you may not be more than 15 minutes late. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and can be rescheduled with an additional fee.

When Information is Provided: When you share information with us voluntarily, that is implied consent for the collection and use of your data by our practice. Clinic Wellness will not rent or sell personal data we collect on this website to anyone.
 
You must be at least 18 years old to receive permission from us to use our website. We will not intentionally or knowingly collect personally identifiable information about visitors under the age of 18.
